Open and take out the wand of HD Dense Mascara.
Brush off the extra product, if needed.
Now, start with the base of your upper eyelid, wiggle the brush from root to tip covering each lash.
Apply second coat to give more intense look to your lashes. 5. Repeat the same for the lower eyelid.
