At Glam21 Cosmetics, we strive to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and affordably. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure complete transparency with no hidden charges. Please note that we currently deliver only within India.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders below ₹499: Shipping charges will be applicable based on the delivery pincode and serviceability.

  • Orders of ₹499 and above: Free Shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • A nominal COD fee of ₹39 will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.

Service Area

Glam21 Cosmetics ships products only within India. International shipping is currently not available.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–4 business days in areas serviced by our courier partners.

  • Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 1–2 weeks.

Shipping & Tracking

  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure product safety during transit.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Glam21 Cosmetics shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Order Cancellation by Glam21 Cosmetics

Glam21 Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, especially in cases where delivery is significantly delayed or the shipment becomes untraceable. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order.

  • Glam21 Cosmetics will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Customers should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Receipt & Inspection

Upon receiving the order, customers are advised to inspect the package carefully.

In case of any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, please report the issue to orders@glam21.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video for verification purposes.

Legal Compliance

Limitation of Liability

Glam21 Cosmetics and its shipping partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the shipment or delivery of products.
