How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are confirmed. However, you may cancel the order within a limited timeframe and place a new one

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) in select locations.
My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days. If you don’t receive it, please contact our support team.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You can check the estimated delivery date at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding to international locations soon!

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the “My Orders” section before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can also email us at orders@glam21.in with your cancellation request, and our team will assist you.
Will I get a full refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, if you cancel before shipping, you will receive a full refund. If you paid online, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What if a product I want is out of stock?
