Refunds & Returns


Orders that have been confirmed will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. They will arrive at your location between 2 to 7 business days of shipping after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are affected by the availability of the product, the customers' shipping destinations, their geographic location, and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in their area. Shipping charge of INR 99 is applicable on all orders below INR 499/- (Payable), unless specified otherwise.

Once the Order has been shipped , No Shipping Charges will be refunded.


Step 1: Submit a return or replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery date if you received a product that is missing, incorrect, expired, or damaged (s).

Step 2: Please post a request here along with your order and contact information. Alternatively, you may send an email to Allow us two working days to assess your return request in step two. However, we will make every effort to respond to your issue the same day.

Step 3: Following approval of your return request, our courier partner will be sent to collect the goods that were sent to you.

Step 4 - After receiving your product(s), we will compare them to the claim and start the replacement or refund process as necessary. Please be aware that stock availability will determine whether a replacement is made.

Step 5: Refunds (if applicable) will be made no later than 7 working days after the products are received back.

The order is incomplete

What circumstances will prevent requests for returns or replacements from being granted?

Opened, used, or modified goods.

Original packing is missing, including the mono boxes, labels, and original invoice. After 48 hours from the delivery date, a product that is incorrect, damaged, missing, or expired is reported.


Mode of payment - Payments for the products available on Site and app may be made in the following ways:

- UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards.

- Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.

- COD is available site wide.

All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by RBI and other regulatory authorities. GLAM21 Cosmetics is not responsible for any breach of information, or inappropriate transactions.


Within 3-5 business days after the date that receives the returned items, refunds are handled. If you paid for a prepaid order with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking, the money will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. When you place a Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund check will be deposited in your bank account in the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order, or a bank transfer will be made; for the latter, specific information must be provided over email (; the money will be returned to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery fees are not refundable.

If product is not delivered due to customer's unavailability and it is returned to us , shipping charges will be charged from the customer, or refund will be done after adjusting the actual shipping charges.
