At Glam21 Cosmetics, we stock only 100% authentic products. All items are sourced directly from manufacturers or their authorized distributors. Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure authenticity and quality.

While all our skincare products are dermatologically tested, we recommend performing a patch test before using any product.

Returns & Replacement Policy

At Glam21 Cosmetics, we offer an easy return and replacement policy for products that are received damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Eligibility

You may raise a return, replacement, or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: A parcel unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

How to Raise a Request

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our https://glam21.in/pages/contact page.

Step 2: Share the following details:

             1. Order ID
             2. Reason for return/replacement/refund
             3. Product images
             4. Images of the outer shipping box
             5. Unboxing video
             6. Invoice copy

Step 3: Our team will review the submitted information and initiate the appropriate resolution.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the invoice value.

Important Notes

            1. For multiple defective products in the same order, please register a single complaint.
            2. Returns, replacements, or refunds are processed only once per order.
            3. Returns can be initiated at the item level if multiple products were ordered.
            4. Products purchased as part of a kit, set, or combo can only be replaced as a complete set.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

            1. Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or overuse.
            2. Opened, used, or tampered products.
            3. Change of mind or product no longer required.
            4. Missing original packaging, shipping box, labels, tags, freebies, or accessories.
            5. Original packaging is damaged.
            6. Serial number has been tampered with.
            7. Product has been altered.
            8. Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
            9. Free promotional products.
           10. Products covered under manufacturer warranty issues.
           11. Individual items from kits, sets, or combos.

Sale & Clearance Products

Products purchased under Sale or Clearance categories are not eligible for return or replacement unless:

            1. A damaged or defective product is received, or
            2. An incorrect product has been delivered.

Unboxing Video Requirements

To ensure a smooth resolution process, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Before Accepting Delivery

           1. Inspect the package carefully.
           2. If the package appears tampered with, take clear photographs, refuse delivery, and contact us immediately with your order details.

While Recording

Record a continuous, unedited video showing:

          1. The sealed package from all sides (360° view)
          2. Shipping label clearly visible
          3. Complete opening process
          4. All products received inside the package

If Any Issue Is Found

Clearly show:

          1. Damaged or incorrect product
          2. Close-up view of the issue
          3. Shipping label

⚠️ Important: The video must be continuous and unedited. Videos with cuts, pauses, or interruptions will not be accepted.

Freebies Terms & Conditions

         1. Freebies, products, and shades are subject to availability.
         2. Glam21 reserves the right to change freebies based on inventory availability or promotional requirements.
         3. Freebies are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund.
         4. These terms also apply to BYOB Kits and Vanity Kits.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date we receive the returned products.

Prepaid Orders

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

        1. Bank Transfer, or
        2. UPI Transfer

Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned products and your bank/UPI details. The amount is usually processed within 7–10 business hours, and may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

         1. Shipping Charges (if applicable)
         2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us through our https://glam21.in/pages/contact page or customer support.

Cancellation Process

         1. Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
         2. You will receive confirmation via email once the cancellation is completed.
         3. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after approval.

Orders Already Dispatched

If a cancellation request was raised within 2 hours of order placement but the shipment has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed only after the products are returned to and verified at our warehouse.

Important Note

Any individual product that is part of a Kit, Set, or Combo cannot be returned or replaced separately. The complete Kit, Set, or Combo must be returned or replaced as a whole.
