How to Use:

• Shake the Glam21 Xtreme Black Eyeliner bottle a little. Coat the brush in eyeliner.
• Start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid to the outer corner. Draw a line as thick or fine as you want.
• To get more intense look draw a wing or graphic eyeliner.
